Our Junior Gym allows young people aged 11 to 15 to take part gym training sessions helping to develop fitness, muscle tone, lose weight and have great fun. Our Junior Gym members can also use the gym Monday to Friday 4.00pm – 6.00pm, at weekends 8.30am – 5.00pm and throughout the school holidays 8.30am – 6.00pm with supervision of an adult aged 18 or above. The accompanying adult must also be a member of the Gym. We ask the parent or guardian to be present at the induction so they are aware of the restrictions on equipment usage for juniors. The adult is responsible for the supervision and safety of the junior gym user.
