Our Fitness Industry Association approved gym has a range of cardiovascular machines, single stations and free weights. Joining is easy and can be done Online or at the Centre.
The gym is fully equipped with air conditioning and is open seven days a week with Techno Gym cardio, free weight and resistance equipment. We have showers, lockers and ample car park spaces. The gym is open Monday to Friday from 4pm to 10pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am-5pm. During the school holidays the gym is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 10pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am-5pm.
